This book examines the legal and institutional elements of international justice; its history and methodology of its study; procedural and organizational problems arising in the activities of international courts. Twenty-three authors representing universities in Moscow, Kiev, St. Petersburg, Barnaul, Vladivostok, Ekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, Saratov took part in writing the book.
Such a broad representation indicates recognition of the importance of international justice as a domestic doctrine, as well as its great potential in this field. Many issues related to the compilation of the book were solved jointly by the authors: it concerns the name, structure, choice of topics, etc.
