The book contains new data not previously known to Soviet readers, characterizing the situation in Europe during the "strange war" and convincingly testifying to the consistent struggle of the Soviet Union against fascist aggression, for the consolidation of peace and security in the North of Europe, in defense of national sovereignty and independence of the Scandinavian countries.
