A publication of the People's Commissariat for Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR since 1924. There are 22 issues, each of which includes the texts of the main treaties and agreements in force for a certain period of time. Sections of the collection: political and diplomatic relations, legal, border, economic, communications, transportation, health care, agricultural, cultural relations and others. In the annexes are published the laws of the USSR and Decrees of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR relating to the foreign relations of the Soviet state. Agreements concluded by the USSR agencies with agencies of foreign countries are not included in the collection, as a rule. Each issue has a list of published documents, an index by country, and a chronological index.
