Memories of Yu. A. Kvitsinsky continue a series of books on eminent Russian diplomats, published by the social organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. The stories and sketches of those who worked with Yuly Alexandrovich or knew him well are supplemented with documents and material linked to his work in diplomacy, parliament, writing and journalism as well as with comments from prominent figures from abroad and the press.

The book reflects Kvinitsky's contribution to implementing foreign policy in our country in the second half of the twentieth century and at the beginning of this century.
