The huge scientific heritage of Lenin, the founder of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and the world's first socialist state, contains a large number of works, speeches and statements on international politics and international law. The present collection includes Lenin's statements on these issues. In those cases where there are several statements by V. I. Lenin on the same issue, the collection includes them. I. Lenin's statements on the same issue, the work that most comprehensively covers the issue has been included. Given the publication of a number of other thematic collections containing Lenin's works (e.g., Lenin on the National and National-Colonial Question), the range of issues covered in the collection is limited to interstate relations and international law. Therefore, on such issues as, for example, the national-colonial question, the collection contains only a few statements by V. I. Lenin. I. Lenin.
