In this work, the authors set themselves the task to show the main trends in the development of modern diplomatic and consular law, to analyze the current system of norms of diplomatic and consular law as a form of maintaining and strengthening peaceful relations, peaceful coexistence and cooperation. Without claiming to exhaustively present all the issues of modern diplomatic and consular law, the work is an attempt to systematize the study of this branch of modern international law.
