This Compendium includes the main existing treaties, agreements and conventions of the USSR with foreign states. The Collection does not include most of the agreements concluded by the agencies of the USSR with agencies of foreign states, as well as some other treaties and agreements. The Collection was prepared by the Treaty and Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR.
