In the book for the first time in the Soviet and foreign literature the question of property liability under contracts of economic organizations of European socialist CMEA member states is considered in a comparative legal aspect. This issue is of particular importance for the development and improvement of the CMEA General Terms of Delivery regulating relations in foreign trade turnover, as well as for the development and convergence of national legislations in accordance with the requirements of the Comprehensive Program of Socialist Economic Integration. The work analyzes normative materials, economic practice and scientific literature of the mentioned countries; the main attention is paid to the general issues of liability, as well as supply contracts and credit and settlement relations.
