The textbook was prepared in accordance with the state standard of bachelor's training at law faculties of Russian universities. It is distinguished by a new - non-traditional structure of the material supply, which allows to systematically reflect all the main aspects of the Russian doctrine of international law. The textbook outlines the predictive concept of the global legal system and global law. The book consists of three parts: the General, the Special and the part devoted to the international procedural law. The General part covers issues of history and theory of international law (MP), interaction of the MP with the internal law of states, international legal responsibility. In the Special part, the main branches and institutes of the Ministry of Defense are being serviced, serving various aspects of international life - military-political, economic, socio-cultural.

Recommended for students and teachers of law faculties of Russian universities. It can be used in non-legal faculties of higher education institutions for the preparation of bachelors, specialists, masters in the fields that require knowledge of international law (at economic, political, journalistic faculties, etc.).
