The book raises some problems of the neocolonialist policy of the European Economic Community in African countries. The main place in the work is occupied by analyzing the results of the functioning of the mechanism of association of 18 African countries with the EEC. The main attention is paid to the characterization of the ongoing shifts in the forms, methods and directions of colonialist activities of monopolies and the analysis of attempts of the EEC member countries to achieve a certain “renewal” of the social and economic foundations of the system of imperialist oppression of African peoples by means of state-monopolistic regulation. The paper examines the increased role of collective forms of neocolonialism in the conditions of the collapse of the colonial system of imperialism. The struggle of the liberated peoples against the neo-colonialist maneuvers of the imperialist powers is intensified.
