This collection contains the main acts (as of August 10, 1969), which regulate relations in the field of foreign trade of the USSR. In the documents issued before the Council of Ministers of the USSR on May 4, 1960 № 470 “On changing the scale of prices and replacement of currently circulating money with new money”, monetary amounts are given in the old scale of prices. The collection is designed for employees of institutions, enterprises and organizations related to foreign trade of the USSR, as well as the court and arbitration bodies. It can be used as a manual by researchers, teachers and students.
