The book examines legal and political problems of regulating international trade between all countries of the world, regardless of their socio-economic systems, based on the principles of peaceful coexistence, sovereignty, equality, mutual benefit, non-discrimination, state responsibility, trade development, and most-favored-nation treatment. Special attention is paid in the work to the study of legal and organizational foundations of the UN Conference on Trade and Development and its role in the normalization of world trade. For the first time the main problems of legal regulation of world economic relations from the perspective of international trade law are considered in a generalized form.
