U.S. and Britain, on the foreign policy environment on the eve of the defeat of Hitler's Germany.

The book analyzes the diplomatic struggle that unfolded between the participants of the conference, the historic decisions taken in Potsdam, their significance. The book is released on the 30th anniversary of the victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War.
