This issue highlights the positive shifts in international life in recent years, resulting from the active foreign policy activities of the CPSU and the Soviet state to implement the Peace Program and expand the détente process in order to make it irreversible. Separate sections are devoted to new and topical issues in the relations of the USSR with other countries of the socialist commonwealth, with developing states and major capitalist countries. A great place in the book is given to the propaganda of the materials of the 25th Congress of the CPSU on the issues of the Soviet Union's foreign policy and international relations.
