The secrets of serving buyers are based on traditional Japanese values. Even a buyer in the guise of a Japanese commoner is god to a Japanese salesperson, and is treated accordingly. It’s very appropriate that the title states that trade in Japan is aimed at winning over buyer’s hearts and not focused on profit. The book lists 98 rules of conduct for Japanese salespeople and 90 tests to determine their level of professionalism.

The authors hope that this book will be useful for many of those working in trade by helping them to increase sales and therefore make a significant contribution to increasing the pace of economic development in our country and enhancing customer service for Russian buyers – a right which they have deserved for a long time.
