Sakharov's Diplomacy of Ancient Rus: IX - the first half of the X century (1980). It deals with the 60-70s of the 10th century, when Rus', relying on previous experience, undertakes diplomatic efforts to achieve its foreign policy goals. This period is one of the brightest pages in the history of the Old Russian state, associated with the activities of Grand Prince Svyatoslav Igorevich.
