The book tells about the diplomatic history of the Great Patriotic War, the important contribution of Soviet diplomacy to the victory over fascism, cooperation between the states of the anti-Hitler coalition and disagreements between them. The activities of fascist diplomacy, its attempts to achieve anti-Soviet collusion with Western states are shown. The work covers the most important conferences of the war period: the Moscow, Tehran, Yalta, Postdam conferences, as well as numerous bilateral negotiations. The author of the book is a prominent scientist and diplomat, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Soviet Union, winner of the USSR State Prize.
