Diplomatic craft

   The book is an in-depth study and understanding of a wide range of materials – documents, memoirs, investigations – on both national diplomacy and diplomatic services in other countries. The author shares his own experience of work in foreign delegations and the foreign service central office. Numerous examples – vivid and didactic in nature – of international diplomatic practice, unfold the evolution which diplomacy and the diplomatic profession along with functions and work tactics underwent.
