The Court of the Russian Federation of July 11, 2011 No. 54 defined the practice of arbitration courts allowing disputes arising from contracts related to investment activities in the sphere of financing the construction or reconstruction of real estate. It first discloses legal mechanisms that ensure real protection of investors' rights. The Commentary takes into account the changes made to the legislative acts by the Federal Law of December 12, 2011 No. 427 FZ.
