About the author

As a result of extensive amendments to the Arbitration Procedural Code of the Russian Federation in 2009-2010, the arbitration process underwent substantial reform. In 2009, the Commentary on the amendments made to the Code

Federal Law of July 19, 2009 No. 205_FZ, which affected 46 articles of the agrarian and industrial complex of the Russian Federation.

The present work is a kind of continuation of this Commentary, it analyzes the new changes that were made to the Code five times during 2010. In total, only in 2010 in the Codex

124 articles were included as new or amended, including a new edition, that is, about a third of their total number.

Thus, these two comments together cover all the changes made to the Code over the past two years.

The work takes into account the explanations for the application of the new provisions of the Code, stated in the decisions of the Plenum of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the Plenum of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation of January 23, 2010 No. 30/64 and the Plenum of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation of February 17, 2011 No. 12.

The commentary is intended for judges, lawyers and experts in the field of procedural law. It can be of interest to teachers of law schools, and also used as a teaching aid.
