Yet Jacob Golos was the most prominent intelligence officer and group leader of the NKVD and NKGB in the USA for a good ten years (1933–1943). This book is the first description in our country of the life and struggle of outstanding revolutionary, anti-fascist and intelligence officer Jacob Golos. The author, Teodor Gladkov, was a famous writer and historian on reconnaissance, a member of the national special services history society, an active member of the Academy of National Security, the USSR KGB prize laureate and the service in foreign reconnaissance of the Russian Federation prize laureate.
